Have you not yet visited Kleftiko, the cave of Sykia, Cape Vani or even the island of Poliegos? Do you want to swim in the crystal clear waters of the bay of Gerakas and the beach of Gerontas? You are in the right place!
We start from the beach of Agia Kyriaki or from the port in Pollonia.
We will cross the southern part of Milos, we will visit Polyaigos and the last stop will be Kimolos
GERAKAS
Our first stop will be in Gerakas. Gerakas is a beach where you can visit only by boat. On this beach we find white sand, crystal clear blue waters and a special background with huge "slides" of sand that fall into a white strip of sand. Just above, is the volcano of Agia Kyriaki. On the beach there are some caves that if you visit you will still see steam coming out, with their waters always being very warm. TSIGRADO Right after we stop at Tsigrado. A small beach where you reach it by descending with a rope and at the end with a ladder, so the easiest way to get to the cigarette is by boat.
KLEFTIKO
Arriving at the kleftiko we stop for swimming and photos. you will be enchanted by the white rocks and the formations they make as well as the caves. There you can swim and get into them.
SYKIA
Finally we reach the cave of the fig tree where we will enter with the boat to take nice photos that will enchant you. The cave has no roof so that the sun's rays enter illuminating its emerald waters and create a visual experience of colors and glow.
BLUE WATER - POLYAIGOS
Shortly afterwards, at the southeastern tip of the island, the famous Blue Waters, whose name obviously does not need a reason. A single dip in the clear turquoise waters, with their whitewashed sand bottom, is able to rejuvenate anyone who dares. There is no doubt, they are the most transparent and blue waters of the Cyclades
MYRSINI - POLYAIGOS
This wonderful beach consists of two smaller ones with crystal clear waters and white sand being something magical. Pano Mersini, a shallow beach with off-white sand and a wonderful seabed. Kato Mersini, a strip of white sand in front of the old fields.
PSATHI
Psathi is a small settlement in the southeastern part of Kimolos and the main port of the island. It is about 1 km from the village, the capital and main settlement of Kimolos. Psathi has hotels, rooms to let, cafes, taverns and a small beach near the port.
GOUPA KARA
Goupa Kara is a picturesque seaside settlement in the southeastern part of Kimolos. One of the most famous sights of Kimolos is the "wires" in the small port of Goupa. These are caves carved into the soft rocks and sealed with colored wooden doors, where the locals keep their boats in winter.
